Is the application form needed to be typewritten or is it okay to be hand written?

Application form must be computerized, handwritten is not allowed. Signature of the applicant on the 5th page of the form should be handwritten. Electronic signature is not allowed and will not be accepted.

Is there any way that Tourist Visa process can be rushed?

Expedite process is only allowed for Business visa or If you have a Korean national relative that can invite an applicant.

Is the tentative release date of the application accurate?

It depends, Korean Embassy has its on way of analyzing documents. It also happens that passports will be release later than the release date. But we do not encounter yet that passports are release before the tentative release date.

What are the usual reason why an application is being rejected?

Korean Embassy do not disclose reasons why an application is denied. It depends on
their way of sorting the documents.

What is the best time to apply Korean Visa?

Same for Japan Visa, the best time to submit Korean visa application is 1-2months before the travel date of the applicant.
